What Hours Will Night Nannies Work

• Night nannies tend to work 8pm/9pm – 6am/7am
• There is a lot of flexibility on these hours, depending on the family’s needs

How Many Nights Will Night Nannies Work

• Anywhere between 1 – 7 nights per week

How Long Will Night Nannies Work

• As long or as short as you need, a few nights to several months
• Some night nannies will be available for several weeks and months
• Others may be available for a short time to give parents some recovery time
• A fairly typical booking is for an initial 4-6 weeks with an option to extend

How Far In Advance Should I Book A Night Nanny

• Some popular night nannies are booked months in advance and some families book as soon as they are pregnant
• Some may be available for a last minute booking, we often have these available
• Often some night nannies will split their week with two families, maybe 2/3 nights each

How Much Do Night Nannies Cost

• An average hourly rate at the moment is approximately £23 – £25 gross per hour
• Night nannies are usually self employed, so families don’t need to employ the nanny
